Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk / Social Media Administrator to manage our front office operations while maintaining a strong and engaging online presence for the brand.
- This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is well-organized, friendly, and tech-savvy with a flair for content creation and digital communication.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Duties (50%):
- Greet and welcome clients, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and messages.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and maintain client records.
- Handle inquiries, resolve minor client issues, and provide general administrative support.
- Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and office correspondence.
Social Media Administration (50%):
- Manage all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) in alignment with the brand voice.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (images, videos, stories, etc.).
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and messages in a timely manner.
- Track performance analytics and prepare weekly or monthly reports on engagement, reach, and growth.
- Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate them into the content strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Business Admin, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 years proven experience in front desk or administrative roles.
- Experience managing social media platforms for a brand or business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
