  • The Business Support Officer is based within our Quality Assurance and Safeguarding Service and plays a crucial role in the smooth delivery operation of providing high level administration support to the service, with a flexible attitude
  • The Business Support Officer will be expected to maintain accurate data and financial records, processing information efficiently, with a full understanding of Data Protection. You will be confident to arrange meetings, setting agendas, minute taking in agreed timescales
  • In the role of a Business Support Officer you will need strong communication skills and confidence to liaise with a range of service users, partners and agencies as well as providing full support to the Independent Reviewing Officer team.
  • You will also need strong business support skills to be able to complete a wide variety of administration skills. You will need to have previous experience of all IT systems i.e. Office 365, MS Teams .
