• Manage daily branch operations and staff scheduling.

• Manage budgets and control expenses.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within customer service, retail, or branch operations.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational and service goals.
