🧾 Job Overview
As a Banking Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing all interactions with local and international banks, ensuring optimal financial flows, FX operations, funding structures, and treasury compliance across the organization.
This role supports critical decisions around cash management, funding acquisition, import/export finance, and risk mitigation strategies.
🏦 Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily cash inflows and disbursements, ensuring operational liquidity.

Prepare and deliver comprehensive treasury reports for strategic leadership decisions.

Monitor and report on the company’s funding and liquidity positions.

Manage relationships with commercial banks, ensuring favorable credit facilities and loan agreements.

Handle all aspects of foreign exchange (FX) bidding, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Coordinate import bidding activities with relevant financial institutions and regulators.

Ensure compliance with CBN regulations, FX guidelines, and internal control frameworks.

Partner with internal teams to drive cost-effective treasury strategies and financial risk management.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline

📜 Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA are highly preferred

💼 Minimum of 5 – 7 years of progressive experience in treasury, financial services, or corporate banking

💱 Proven experience with foreign exchange markets, liquidity planning, and trade finance

💻 Strong command of financial MIS tools, reporting software, and basic accounting principles
