Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Locations: Ibadan – Oyo, Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Operations Representative

Job Overview

• We are seeking a reliable and experienced Medical Dispatch Rider to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting medical supplies, samples, and other critical materials to various locations.
• This role requires excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver medical supplies, samples, and other materials to designated locations.
• Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods, adhering to strict deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, and any issues encountered.
• Perform basic checks on bikes and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and the operations manager
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an FSLC qualification with 2-3 years of work experience.
• Valid rider’s permit and clean driving record.
• Experience in dispatch riding or a similar role.
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to handle demanding delivery schedules.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of medical supplies and logistics.
