Job Description

  • The Portfolio Commercialization Specialist is responsible for providing strategic portfolio management and commercialization support primarily for CCH’s Emerging Business.
  • Also responsible for shopper and (omni) channel strategy and New Products Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-development (with New Business Brand Team & Portfolio Manager) of portfolio strategy.
  • Enabling optimal choices for sustainable topline and margins growth, efficient DME allocations, identification and working on category profitability improvement,
  • Synergizing these activities with RGM & RTM and in alignment with brand partners.
  • NPD commercialization, business cases preparation and design of integrated channel / customer launch plans.
  • Operationalization of assigned projects (brand platforms, NCPs deployment etc),
  • Implementation of aligned category development frameworks.
  • Execution of brand activities channel calendar, with clarity on execution priorities (in alignment with Brand Partners & Portfolio Integration Manager).
  • Collaboration with execution team in strategy deployment per channel, inline with business case and ABP ambition.

Is This You?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related commercial discipline.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Strategy, Brand Management, or other relevant areas is an advantage.
  • Sales and Trade marketing experience (4+) Track record of end-to-end project management
  • Track record of end-to-end project management
  • Solid understanding of BU strategy, and cross- functional implications and interdependencies
  • Self-starter with strong levels of determination and strong knowledge of industry and competition.
  • Strong knowledge of beverage products and TCCs brands, trade marketing (shopper, customer, omni-channel) expertise
  • Strong project management skills
  • Understanding of category / product P&L, different financial models and relevant product P&L performance drivers
  • Full understanding of commercialization process, stakeholder management and alignment.
